New Tanker Truck

The Belfast Volunteer Fire Department’s brand new Tanker 53 has arrived and entered into service. The 2023 Freightliner 2,000 gallon tanker will play a vital role in water supply operations for the district and surrounding areas. Their previous one was a 1974 tanker that has been out of service for 5 years due to mechanical and fabrication issues. This new addition was much needed and will benefit the community in a big way.
