The production of “The Trip to Bountiful” will be playing at the Marshall County Community Theater for three days in November. It’s a classic play by Horton Foote about an older woman desperate to escape the cramped apartment she lives in with her weak-willed son and his controlling wife. The woman just wants a chance to see the home of her youth one last time. Its theme of finding peace should resonate with the audience.
