On Saturday, March 29, 2025, Democrats gathered to host their bi-annual reorganization convention. Progressives from across the county joined locals for the gathering. During the convention, hosted by State Executive Committeeman Seth Campbell, Jessica Limbird was re-elected as county party Chair. Michelle Davis Headwas elected as Vice-Chair, and CJ Heard was elected as Treasurer. Erik Heap was elected as Secretary.
Executive Committee members elected include: Jon Faill, Charles Heap, Pete Williams, and Jennifer Dodson. The Reorganization Convention was held at Time to Eat Bar and Grill at their new location in downtown Lewisburg.

The party meets on the second Thursday of the month at 6:00 p.m. at the Marshall County Memorial Library.
