Thomas Earl “T-Bird” McCoy, 68, of Lewisburg, Tenn., passed away Saturday, April 19, 2025, at his home.
“T-Bird” was born November 23, 1956, in Lewisburg, Tenn., to the late Thomas and Wilma Haislip McCoy. He was employed by Cosmolab and NICHIRIN Tennessee in Lewisburg. He was a car enthusiast and an avid wrestling fan.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Sherrie McCoy; grandson Keaton Vincion; sister, Beverly Arnold; and infant brother, William Earl McCoy.
He is survived by two daughters, Catherine McCoy (Taylor) of Lewisburg and Vicky Marie Stockbridge of Nashville; sons, Timothy McCoy of Nashville and William McCoy; sister, Gayle Vore (Danny) of Lewisburg and Jewel Scott of Pensacola, Fla.; special caregiver, Sandra Clark of Lewisburg.
A Graveside Service was conducted on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at New Hope Talley Cemetery with burial following. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to London Funeral Home toward funeral expenses.
