The Tennessee College of Applied Technology at Pulaski (TCAT-Pulaski) is excited to announce that they are expanding their campus and program offerings. The community was invited to attend a groundbreaking ceremony on June 7, 2024. Governor Bill Lee awarded money for many TCAT’s across the state to expand or update facilities as workforce demands are increasing. Pulaski’s location is enlarging their facilities and adding several programs to the tune of $30 million dollars. Automotive Repair and Cosmetology are some of the programs that will be added. TCAT Pulaski President Mike Whitehead said, “We are constantly examining our offering to each service county – our students deserve the very best and we aim to have each student be career ready upon graduation. The job demand is great; we don’t have enough graduates to fill the jobs out there. This expansion will only help our efforts in strengthening the workforce and expand our services as we continue to keep our students at the forefront of all we do.”
We welcome those interested in enrolling to take a campus tour to see our many in demand skill programs with seats available. Students get one-on-one help in a smaller class size environment, job placement assistance, and more – while graduates commonly have little to no debt to repay.
This major milestone is not only a testament to their dedication to education but also a significant boost for our community. TCAT-Pulaski continues to serve Marshall County by equipping our industry leaders with students who are set up for success.
