Beyond Tomorrow: Support for 65+
Marshall Medical Center’s Senior Life Solutions offers Beyond Tomorrow, a free guidance and support group for those typically 65 and older coping with age-related issues.
Beyond Tomorrow meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 2:30 p.m. at the Lewisburg Recreation Center. Meetings are facilitated by certified counselors and therapists.
Individuals typically 65 and older are encouraged to attend the Beyond Tomorrow group meetings if they experience any of the following feelings: concerns about their health, difficulty sleeping or eating, excessive worry or hopelessness, grief, loneliness, sadness or thoughts of harming oneself.
