There will be a Stormwater Litter Pickup/Cleanup along Rock Creek Walkway and surrounding areas on Oct. 28, 9 to 11 a.m. Meet at 9 a.m. at Lewisburg City Hall to receive litter bags and gloves and to be assigned sections along the Creek Walk and feeder streets and areas draining into Rock Creek.
Any student needing community service hours for the Hope Scholarship is welcome as well as scout groups, home school groups, and anyone who just likes to do a good deed is encouraged to come out and make these areas cleaner. Participants should dress appropriately.
We will be serving lunch to all participants from 11-12.
