COLUMBIA, Tenn. — Nitin Marwaha, MD, a specialist in pathology, has joined the medical staff at Maury Regional Medical Center. He is associated with Opus Pathology/PCA Southeast.
Dr. Marwaha received his medical degree from Goa University in Taleigo, Goa India. After medical school, he went on to complete a residency at St. Louis University Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. Dr. Marwaha completed a fellowship in cytopathology at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas.
In addition to clinical experience, Dr. Marwaha has taken part in multiple quality studies relating to pathology, been a part of the American Medical Association and the American Society of Cytopathology committee.
Dr. Marwaha is board-certified in anatomic pathology and clinical pathology, as well as cytopathology.
