A Marshall County teen was involved in a deadly shooting on Thursday evening on February 8. Takeo Bills, 16, a student at Forrest High School, and Jalen McAdams, 17, of Franklin, met up with Rico Doss and an unidentified subject, in the parking lot at Meigs Magnet School in East Nashville. According to reports, Doss and another individual got in the back seat of the Nissan Altima in which Bills and McAdams drove up in.
Both Bills and McAdams were shot. McAdams died at the scene and Bills died after arrival at Vanderbilt Hospital. Metro Police Detectives arrested Doss on February 9. Ashton Brown, the unidentified suspect, at the time of the shooting, was arrested February 12. This incident is under investigation with the Metro Nashville Police Department.
