Lynn Kennedy Frye, of Culleoka, Tenn., passed away on March 14, 2024, at the age of 64, leaving behind a legacy of intelligence, passion for the outdoors, and a love for living off the land. He had the remarkable ability to discuss a vast array of topics with depth and insight, showcasing his sharp mind and curiosity about the world. Lynn was born in Lewisburg on July 28, 1959, to James Hill and Margaret James Frye.

For Lynn, life was about enjoying the simple pleasures – from riding motorcycles through the open road to hunting and fishing in the great outdoors. He found solace in nature and was an avid photographer, capturing its beauty through his lens. Cooking what he hunted brought him joy, as he appreciated the bounty of the land and the skill of preparing a meal from it.

In addition to his love for nature, Lynn was a true friend to many, always ready with a kind word or a helping hand. His presence will be greatly missed by all those who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Lynn is preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Vickie Cozart Frye. He is survived by his sister, Suzanne Warf; nephews Daniel Warf, John Warf, and Brian Cozart; niece, Jennifer Hollingsworth; and numerous other nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
