Mr. Lenzie Campbell, 83, of Lewisburg, Tennessee, died on April 19, 2024 at NHC-Oakwood Healthcare Facility in Lewisburg.
He was born in Marshall County, Tennessee (Richland) community on August 28, 1940, to the late Jessie Campbell and Daisy Mai Robertson Campbell.
He was employed at the Lewisburg Tribune newspaper for 55 years before his retirement.
He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 66 years, Mrs. Willow Mai Harris-Campbell; one daughter, Mrs. Deborah (Dennis) Campbell-Parks of Nashville; one grandson, Mr. Jeremy (Natalie) Holt of Nashville; two great-grand sons; sister, Mrs. Sarah Green, Raleigh, North Carolina; brother, Mr. Ben Campbell (Sarah) of Lewisburg; and sister, Mrs. Joyce Ann Thompson of Lewisburg.
Visitation with the family was Saturday, April 27, 2024, at noon, with funeral services following at 1 p.m. at Greater First Baptist Church, 512 6th Avenue North, Lewisburg, Tennessee. Interment took place at Beechwood Cemetery, Cornersville, Tenn. Anderson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
