Brooks Lamb, a native of Chapel Hill, will host a signing event at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 8. This will be held at Henry Horton State Park’s Shelter No. 4., located at the back side of the park’s main road.
Lamb has released his second book, Love for the Land: Lessons from Farmers Who Persist in Place. Farming and caring for land is an important part of Lamb’s life. He realizes farmers are facing major challenges and he tells in his book about farmers who care for their land even though they are often confronted with obstacles.
During the signing, Lamb will give a brief talk about this latest release. Books will be available to purchase.
