Karen Park Liggett, 70, of Lewisburg, Tennessee, died Thursday, December 5, 2024, at her residence.
She was born January 1, 1954, in Parkersburg, West Virginia, to the late Russell Park, Sr. and Barbara Griffin Vernon who survives and Garnett Park who helped raise her. She was the Store Manager at Family Dollar in Cornersville for many years. Her hobbies included crocheting, coloring, spending time with her family, and loving on her grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Russell Park, Jr., and Steven McCloud and two grandchildren, Kristopher and Kody Sharp.
She is survived by her daughters, Tracie (Michael) Neat of Cornersville and Teresa Hall of Lewisburg; sons, Troy (Jamie) Hall of Michigan and Justin Liggett of Smithville; sisters, Susan McCloud, Shelia McCloud, Melody Ganey and Sara Criner; brothers, Tony Park, Eric White and Brett White; nephew, Scott (Renee) Park; 19 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
Visitation with the family was held at London Funeral Home, 324 West Church Street, Lewisburg, Tennessee, on Sunday, December 8, 2024, from 12 until 2 p.m.
The funeral service was conducted on Sunday, December 8, 2024, at 2 p.m. from the Chapel of London Funeral Home and burial followed in Lone Oak Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
