Allen Whitsett, 75, of Lewisburg, Tennessee, died Tuesday, September 19, 2023, at Alive Hospice in Nashville.
He was born March 19, 1948, in Lewisburg, Tennessee, to the late Colman Whitsett and June Holt Ring. He was a Tow Motor Operator at ICP prior to retirement. He was an avid fisherman, hunter and sports enthusiast.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Ben Whitsett and three sisters, Brenda Jones, Deborah McCracken, and Brownie Whitsett.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Pamela Franklin Whitsett; daughter, April Whitsett (Matt) Cole, Lewisburg; sister, Judy Pirtle, Fayetteville; best friend, Charlee.
