The Events Center at Flat Rock Farms is the perfect spot for special events, especially those with discerning tastes. With its spectacular views and beautiful rolling hills, it offers an unmatched setting, making it one of Middle Tennessee’s most sought-after event venues. It is conveniently located 45 miles south of downtown Nashville on a 125-acre legendary horse farm in Lewisburg, Tennessee.

Brandon R. “Randy” Belote, III retired as a corporate vice president after a successful 40-year career in the defense industry. With his son, Brandon J. “Brady James” Belote, they put together a team and converted a world-famous Tennessee Walking Horse farm into a special destination venue called Flat Rock Farms.
Brady is the creative one of the father and son team. He serves as head of operations. Not only is Brady a talented builder, he is an accomplished singer-songwriter who has performed in Nashville, and released three country music albums.
Randy is the organized one, and an effective communicator due to his background in the corporate world. While fully involved readying the venue for events, he still finds time to participate with multiple civic organizations in the community that he now calls home.
There are a variety of outdoor locations for wedding ceremonies, receptions, and events of all kinds. Outdoor wedding ceremonies are usually held on the well-manicured lawns, horse paddocks, near the pond, or the horse barn. Outdoor receptions are held by the pond, under tents, and on the lawns.
Flat Rock Farms can handle groups as small as 30 or as large as 500. No matter the size, every event is tailored to fit the client’s needs. The staff ensures events are set up per requirements prior to each event. Events are always staffed so they run as smoothly as possible.
They do not just do weddings. The Events Center at Flat Rock Farms can accommodate corporate events and business conferences too. The Events Center indoor capacity is 299 but it can seat 180 comfortably. The building was converted from one of the two original horse barns on the property. The owners used the original wood and nails from that barn on the lower parts of the walls to maintain its character and rustic charm.
Even the small holes of the natural wood flooring have been filled in so that when women walk through the area in high heels, they never have to think about where they step – every little detail has been taken care of.
