Do not fall for this new scam

The Marshall County Sheriff’s Office has had complaints regarding someone impersonating a Bondsman and calling persons who have bonded out of jail, telling them that they will be sent back to jail if they don’t pay more money. If someone gets one of these calls, they should not send money, money through ApplePay, any type of gift cards, or any form of payment.  Contact the Bondsman or the Sheriff’s Office if in doubt.
