CORNERSVILLE — On Friday night, Cornersville High School honored senior Annabelle Mulliniks for her contributions to Cornersville athletics during her career.
She began playing golf for the high school golf team as an eighth-grader and qualified for the state golf tournament all four years of high school.
During each of her years played, Mulliniks posted finishes in the top 20, 10 and top 15, and remains the only golfer to ever qualify for the state tournament from Cornersville High School.
In addition to those strong finishes, she also was the low medalist her senior year in the district match, and finished as the No. 3 low medalist in the region match.
In addition to her efforts on the links, Mulliniks also has been a member of the Lady Dawg basketball team since her eighth grade year as well.
In the spring, Mulliniks has been a four-year member of the tennis team at Marshall County High School as well.
Being so well-rounded, Mulliniks was voted as the Most Athletic Girl by the senior class.
She plans to attend the University of Tennessee.
