Mayor Jim Bingham and Mayor Mike Keny proclaimed the week of September 17 through 23 as Constitution Week. September 17, 2024, marked the two hundred thirty-seventh anniversary of the framing of the Constitution of the United States of America by the Constitutional Convention. Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) has been the foremost advocate for the awareness, promotion, and celebration of Constitution Week. DAR helps to keep alive the memory of the men and women who secured our nation’s foundational liberties.
