Carolyn Gowan Roberts passed away Wednesday evening, November 29, 2023, at her home in Pulaski surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. Roberts was a native of Pulaski, Tennessee. She was preceded in death by her parents, Wallace and Christine Nance Gowan; sons, Tony and James Roberts; husband, Edward Wayne Roberts; brother, Jimmy Gowan.
The funeral service was conducted in the chapel of Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral home on Sunday, December 3, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. with Bro. Mark Johnson officiating. Burial followed in the Providence Cemetery.
The visitation will be 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m, Sunday, December 3, 2023, at Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home.
She is survived by her daughter, Debbie (Johnny) Ervin of Lewisburg, Tennessee; granddaughters, Christy (Jeff) Lee of Hohenwald, Tennessee and Sheena Belew of Lewisburg, Tennessee; grandsons, Justin Roberts and Josh (Tiff) Roberts of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee; four great-grandchildren; sister, Edith Watts of Pulaski, Tennessee; brother, Steve (Joyce) Gowan of Prospect, Tennessee; brother-in-law, Wilson Roberts of Pulaski, Tennessee.
