Marshall County GOP Immediate Past Chair Julie Quan and Marshall GOP Vice Secretary Sharrin Lusco-Peter present a $500 check to Shirley Lowe, Director of the Pregnancy Resource Center. The money will be used to help fund projects at the Pregnancy Resource Center in Lewisburg.
