Groundbreaking Ceremony at Chapel Hill Wastewater Plant Project

Danny Bingham greeted the crowd and said that the town as a whole is very pleased with the work by J. R. Wauford & Company, Consulting Engineers, Inc.
“We bid this project out at a little over $11.5 million. We are looking at a completion date on this of September 2025. We’re very excited for the community. This should establish us for future growth for Chapel Hill and help us to design a system that accommodates not only that growth but the current needs that we have,” said Bingham.
